Vetevendosje movement has erased almost all its history.

A Vetevendosje communique, published in 2006 and erased from this subject's website about a week ago, expressed its stances against the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), which before a year ruled together.

In this communiqué titled “Vetevendosje revealed its opinion that the LDK had been subjected to people who had begun the liberation war.

“After all, some of the people have not expected our case to be resolved by passive resistance as Ibrahim Rugova promised. It was this part that started the liberation war. After the war, however, this part was also deceived by its representatives and submissive. Further, to reinforce fraud on the same evil grounds, several other political parties, such as were born. ORA”, said in communiqué.

Communications accused the two traditional parties -- Ibrahim Rugova's LDK and Hashim Thaci's PDK -- of lying “, which 15 years” over Kosovo's independence from Serbia.

Bad Repetition

Before the recent liberation war in Kosovo began, most Kosovo citizens could not even imagine that one of this people could oppose a Serbian police officer, attack him and kill him, and let alone create a liberation army that would fight organisedly against the invaders. This reality prevailed, thanks to the great and unstoppable propaganda of the LDK, which filled the brain of Kosovo citizens with pacifism and passiveism; which constantly reminded the people of Kosovo that without the help of our “International allies” America (helped) which “secured” only if we are patient and calm) we could not achieve Kosovo's independence. 16 years of investment was made for the people to look forward only to helping foreign countries, forgetting their own strength and thus losing their self - confidence. It was invested so much so that people could forget that in world history, no country gained its freedom by being passive and, as such, responding to torture from the conqueror and catastrophic economic and political situation with patience and hope that someone will help. The Kosovo Liberation Army broke that reality. The people began to become aware, and to adapt to the fact that the attack on Serbian police is a feasible and harmless act of liberation, even in spite of LDK propaganda that such an act hinders the way towards Kosovo independence. However, this is what happened next - the liberation war stopped in half. Just when its success was coming to increase, Albanian representatives in Rambouillet were deffixed, acknowledged Yugoslavia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, the war was turned into conflict, and so we ended with an international administration at the helm, whose mission is to realise a resolution which Kosovo guarantees no more than substantial autonomy, which we (as we have learned from our experience) Serbia will be able to pick us up when it touches. The KLA was demilitarised and turned into a civil organisation, KPC.

Once, the LDK lied to us, promising that independence would come very soon. Its policy has been sweeping the people of Kosovo, but now, this policy except for the LDK is being followed by political parties, whose members once opposed the idea that people should have patience, and wait. Thanks to the great propaganda of political parties, which were called the <x1-movre of war” (PDK, AAK), the LDK policy continued to live even after the war, was managed to reconcile people with the existing situation, and to believe that we are moving towards independence. It was Jakup Krasniqi and Agim Ceku who in 2001 faced about 400,000 demonstrators who had gone out to oppose the expulsion of Albanians from northern Mitrovica, and had asked them to return to their homes and be patient because it belongs to them and they will resolve it together with the International Community. Didn't Ibrahim Rugova ask us for 16 years to stay in the house and be patient because our poor situation would he choose in co-operation with the International Community?

With just a bit of interest, the man in Kosovo finds out that our politicians have always lied to us and are still lying to us. They've always asked us not to bother our heads with political problems because those jobs are not for us. They have never solved the problems of the people because it is only a matter of hard work that requires great sacrifice, and our politicians are never expected to work backwards and to the detriment of the people, but only when the outcome of their work is rewarded with wealth and luxury or only when their chance of failure endangers their luxury. They themselves are unable to sacrifice luxurious life with the fact that they sit at a table with a country that killed them, and they are stepping upon their own blood. They are violating the will of a people who were trusted and will continue to tread even more as long as we will endure.
