Vetevendosje won't build Dukagjin highway

Vetevendosje Movement MP Mimoza Kusari-Lila in #DebatPernime has stated that if Vetevendosje is at the helm, the Dukagjin highway, which was mentioned by Haradinaj Government in the past, will not be built.
