The vaccine process at the “Air Albania” stadium in Tirana has continued this Saturday, though at a limited time.
Thirty people have been vaccinated. 689 people have been vaccinated with the first dose, while 540 have received the second dose of anti vaccine. - CO VID.
However, this Saturday the doors of the stadium “Air Albania” were closed around 10:30 minutes.
Today only the second dose of doctors and nurses was injected.
Low temperatures required for medical personnel to appear early in the stadium to avoid long receptions.
On February 15th, another vaccine party of 7,000 doses is expected to arrive in Albania from the agreement with Pfizer.
By the end of the months, their number will go up to 400,000.
In nearly a month, the inoculation campaign has been administered 1229 doses of about 2100 doses of all.
While the process of vaccination is under way, the pandemic situation has deteriorated, especially in COVID hospitals.
At the four hospital facilities in the capital, the capacities are towards evacuation. With their fulfillment, regional hospitals will have to be opened.
Along with regional hospitals, the capacity of the beds goes to 1600, this scenario envisioned whether there would be an overload of COVID hospitals in Tirana.
