As last time, 77 left-wing academics support Kurti: Against the Neo-liberals

Not everyone knows Albin Kurt as we know him, a nationalist who has violated former left-hand stances. This non-recognition has given him the support of the world's 77 left academics who continue to think of him as an untainted equality fighter yet why when we are a few days before [...]

They attack the neoliberal paradigma, saying it of “brings together all kinds of fronts, parties and people in the fight against it”.

It also attacks Donald Trump's administration that brought down the Kurti Government while attacking the September 4th Agreement, and from which Kosovo has only begun to harvest the fruit, Periscope follows.

When this effort was approved and forcibly pushed over the Kosovo people, even from former President Trump's special party, Richard Green, this initiative brought down Kurti Government and created a replacement anti-unconstitutional government in order to advance an unequivocally negotiated agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. This deal was supposed to serve as a foreign policy trophy for Trump's electoral campaign.” says on paper.

Among the leftists who have signed the letter are such communists as Slavoy Zizek or Frank Ruda. The first has even rejected NATO's intervention in Kosovo, as has most of the left.

These academics had given Kurt support in previous elections as well.

Support papers of 77 world academics for our next government:

The Republic of Kosovo is heading towards new early elections on February 14th, 2021.

These elections come after the Constitutional Court's recent ruling concerning the legitimacy of the Avdullah Hoti government, voted on June 3, 2020, which decided that Kosovo will be governed by an illegal government for seven months.

The unconstitutional government formed from the right LDK was created after the overthrow of the left government and reformists led by Albin Kurti of the Movement V I'm sorry. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, when Kosovo society really needed exemplary management that Kurti Government was able to ensure, the LDK co-ordinated with other old elite parties and created intensive media coverage. When this effort was adopted and forcibly pushed over the Kosovo people, even by former President Trump's special party, Richard Green, this initiative brought down the Kurti Government and created an anti-unconstitutional replacement government in order to advance an unaccomplishedly negotiated agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. This agreement was supposed to serve as a foreign policy trophy for Trump's election campaign. This project has resulted in record numbers of citizen infections and deaths from COVID-19; in a serious social and economic situation; and in a situation undermined by the rampant corruption of government officials and their clicks. This has been an unprecedented case of a coup.

Now that Kosovo is moving towards new elections, there is a major political change in support of policies presented by the Movement V EVIDENCE!, based on two main purposes: Work and justice.

We say these issues are not specific features of Kosovo, but are of global importance. The neoliberal paradigm unites all kinds of fronts, parties and people in the fight against it. But in order to have a chance to live against it, it is imperative that we mutually support each other and show solidarity with as strong as we can when necessary.

Therefore, we as signatories express our support for the V Movement And Kurt for the next election. We sincerely believe his government will offer a new beginning in this difficult but necessary battle, despite the background of current events in the Republic of Kosovo. In situations like the present, such belief and obedience are more important than its present reality and visible requirements. This is something that Movement V. DEPENSE! and Kurti gave their country's people in its first term, the hope that there are people who can have a political conviction and confidence after which they remain uncompromous. This will serve as a precondition for any transformation of reality in Kosovo.
