The news was announced by the Specialised Chambers during the past week, where the conference on the performance of the case was said to be held on February 1st, up from 11:00.
“Sic is announced in our Court Calendar, the next Conference on Progress in the case against Salih Mustaf will be held on February 1st at 11:00”, the announcement said.
For Mustaf, last week it was decided to extend custody by the trial judge at the Special Court, Nicolas Guillou.
Mustafa had made requests for release, but they were not enough for the Special Court.
Former superior of The KLA was arrested in September 2020, and charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity.
