“subventions”: The prosecutor says “misusing official task”, the lawyer says “s) had at all official task”

Bahri Ejupi, Pajtim Krasniqi's lawyer, after the end of the session at the Pristina Foundation Court, has declared that his client is innocent of the prosecution's claims.

He said Krasniqi does not keep his official position in the AZHB, which the prosecution is claiming.

The prosecutor claims the same has committed two criminal acts of bribery and misusing official duty. He thinks there's enough evidence. The defence has opposed it because the same is not in the position it allegedly misused the official post. Other colleagues have also strongly opposed the detention assignment. We have given our excuses why this should not be determined, but it is the case of the Court.

Further, the lawyer announced that Krasniqi is with his brother in this case.

“Rest is with his brother. Both allegedly bribed over subsidies. The same one's accepted a subvention that's under the rules and it's not about bribing”, he said further.
