Case “Subvention 2021”, suspects appear before Court tomorrow

The spokesperson for the Foundation Court in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi has confirmed this.

“Sance will be held tomorrow morning, clock is not set yet”, Gashi declared for Express.

Otherwise, the suspects were arrested Wednesday, following a Kosovo Police action at the Agriculture Development Office and the branches of this office in several municipalities in the country.

The raid that took place in Pristina, Batlava, Gjilan, Istog and Lipjan, with the State Prosecutor's decision, has stopped people with initials, S.S.S., S.S., H.M., B.N., K.Z., A.U., D.A., P.C., C., K., K. B-S., while the man with the A.N. initials, has only been escorted to the police station and the same has been released in regular procedure.

In addition to the arrests, police have seized large sums of money allegedly misused by suspects.
