Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges today against a person with initials B.A. and legal subjects with the US initials.
This has been disclosed through a communique for the media by the Kosovo Special Prosecutor.
They allegedly through unauthorized possession of the state reserve ( plot) have caused damage to the state budget for 529 thousand and 181 euros.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment today, near the Special Department of Foundation Court in Pristina, against initial defendants B.A. and judicial subject with initial “U. F”
The Special Prosecutor reports that the indictment has been filed because well-founded doubt has been confirmed that the defendant and the legal person have committed criminal work “Disponding and changing goods without authorization” from Article 29 of Law No. 03L-244 for the State Reserves of Goods, with the same cases through unauthorized access to state reserve (gour), the state budget had caused damage of 529,181.10 euros, damage the defendant later repaid.
