Prosecutor Sylvia said the prosecution has considered plus one witness, and that this witness has been interviewed.
She said that if this witness is added to the list, the material will again be completed as far as February 15th.
We have completed the process of extracting materials. The prosecution established another test, which is directly from materials number 30, that was the result of the assessment that was made for the evidence that had been collected, received by Mr. Mustafa. After that, the prosecution considered another witness, on its list, this witness was interviewed by the prosecution, if this witness were to be added to the list, then materials would be extracted by February 15th”, she said.
“At the end of this process, there is some evidence that can be drawn according to the 102 b rule, these are some documents that may be copies of evidence, some are pictures, or previous statements, that we have found by a group. These will be completed by February 15th”. /Periscopi/
