That is how a decision published on the official page of the Specialised Chambers has been made known.
The pre-pax trial has ordered continued Gucati detention. He could hand in his next request for release from custody on 1 April. Haradinaj could also hand over that request on 1 April.
In Haradinaj's case, the Preservative Procedure Judge has ordered Z The SP to hand over the statement of police officials who have arrested, or any material in terms of Haradinaj's arrest, until 12 March 2021.
