This was a commemoration of February 6, 1967, when Enver Hoxha's regime had banned religion after 22 years in power, Periscope follows.
He has called for all citizens of all faiths to fast on February 6th.
Anti-Citizens of all faiths this day must fast (Muslims according to Muslim rites, Christians according to Christian rites, while atheists do not appear in public space), flags erected in half-point, while any cultural and sports activity is banned on this day. He wrote Mr. Spahiu.

February 6th should be declared a day of mourning for the next 33 years in Albania and Kosovo, in commemoration of February 6, 1967, when religion was banned in Albania. This day will have to be called Sunday E MAKING S. HELL. Citizens of all faiths this day must fast (Muslims according to Muslim rites, Christians according to Christian rites, while atheists do not appear in public space), flags raised to half-time, while any cultural and sports activity is banned on this day. It's only allowed to visit cult objects.
