The candidate for MP from the PDK ranks, Ferat Shala, through a video that has distributed on the social Facebook network, has shown what he has done as minister for handling contaminated waters.
He has said that, as Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, he had started implementing the first infrastructure projects for handling contaminated water with investments of about 110m euros, Periscopi broadcasts.
