Serbian media write “Former KLA leaders and members in custody at The Hague will have the opportunity to give their vote in the upcoming parliamentary elections in Kosovo. This has been confirmed to Tanjug by Kosovo's Specialised Councils with headquarters at The Hague”.

The specialised “Panel, within the proper legal framework, would provide assistance to prisoners to exercise their right to vote in the upcoming elections,” has been told of Tanjug.

“From detention in The Hague will be able to vote: former president of the so-called Kosovo and former commander KLA Hashim Thaci, as well as leaders Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Salih Mustafa. The right to vote from custody will also be held by Hisni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj, who, as president and vice president of the KLA War Veterans' Association, are charged with intimidation of witnesses by revealing their identity to the public”, reported by Serbian media.
