Resolution “inovative” of Macroni for Kosovo and Serbia, these options are spoken in Belgrade

Days earlier at the French helm, Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has been hosted at a meeting by Emmanuel Macron, where they have also discussed the Kosovo issue. After the end of the Macron meeting, he said his door would always be open towards finding an innovative solution to the problem between Pristina [...]
But what in itself could include an innovative solution, as Emmanuel Macro said.
Institute for European Studies member Professor Slobodan Zecevic has said innovative solutions could come only from what would be acceptable to the Serbian side, citing autonomy for the Serbian Orthodox Church and monasteries here.
According to him, this is an idea that Macron is interested in, until as a counterweight for such a solution, it is for Belgrade not to object to Kosovo's entry into the United Nations but not recognised as an independent and sovereign state.
Zevcevic says the option for recognising Kosovo's independence in exchange for Serbia's quick membership in the European Union is unacceptable.
Serbian professor has further said that with this meeting, Macro has wanted to put Germany and Chancellor Angela Merkel in second place.
“Macron wants to come first because the French believe Serbia is a friendly state and he wants to have an advantage over the Germans”, Zevcevic said.
He has already mentioned US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's statement about schooling in France, and he felt it might affect him to be closer to Macron and French Government.
“If Macro had Blinken's support, Germany would fall second to resolving the Kosovo issue”, it added further to “Novosti”, broadcast Express.
Commenting on messages heard by the Elysee Palace, Susan Grubesic from the Centre for Foreign Policy says the Kosovo issue will be resolved in co-ordination with the US and the EU.
She says that despite the apparent interest of Macroni, a solution for Kosovo and Serbia is not possible without Germany. Grubesic says such a thing can be concluded by the fact that every time Macron has mentioned Germany and Merkel.
Grubesic says the innovative solution would be for Albanians and Serbs to be allowed to solve the problem on their own.
“So far, it has not happened that Serb representatives and Kosovo representatives sit alone to solve the problem without mediator, mediator, those sitting in the next room. That would be a big step before”, she said.
