The Special Court in The Hague has postponed the next session for the performance of the case for the four former heads of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
The session scheduled for tomorrow, February 11th, was postponed for Tuesday, February 16, 2020.
According to the Special's announcement, the third session to Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi will be postponed on February 16th on organisational issues and the possibility of the parties being present at the session.
On the other hand, it is noteworthy that the day before, the Special has refused bail requests of all those quoted above.
Today, this court has also rejected Nasim Haradinaj's request for release from custody.
