He says Kurti has a capacity for this and believes he will succeed.
Rassic has expressed readiness to co-operate for dialogue with local Serbs, saying that with Kurti and Osman they have good communication.
He says among Kurt's policies that are agreed upon is the issue of rule of law, which Kurt has as the first pillar of priorities.
I have repeatedly supported the policy that follows Mr. Kurt because it wants elements that I think benefit Serbs and all communities. And that's the dialogue that's been mentioned many times that it has to start from below, and I understand and I know that this is the only way it can succeed. We also have great sympathy for the first pillar of planning or strategic targets, and that is law enforcement”, Rassic said.
The former Kosovo Parliament and the former minister's delegation has also talked about the claims of some politicians from the Bosniak and Egyptian communities regarding the manipulation of votes from the Serbian List.
He has said that manipulation of votes from the Serbian List has occurred in any election process, adding that Kosovo institutions have neglected the facts he has presented.
We've informed him in every pre-election process what would happen in what form, after every post-election process we've had witnesses who have shown in what form it happened and no action happened in the last few years”.
“We would have had these problems if institutions were willing to implement the democratic elections process. That's the main problem. I've been talking about this approach several times and we've been surviving for eight years now, which is happening to other communities -- Bosniak, Egyptian and Roma” -- Rassic has told EO.
According to him, with the manipulation of the votes that took place is jeopardising the fair representation of all communities in the Assembly.
"Absolutely yes, how much a coma can understand is jeopardising community representation, but also jeopardising that long-term, every next time we can have the same manipulation.
We now have inadequate representation of Serbs in the Kosovo Parliament and government, and it can also happen with Bosniaks Roma and Ashkali, because they will not be elected by the community, but guided by those who are not working constructively but otherwise. Clearly”, Rassic has indicated.
