The former leader of the terrorist organisation lost his life last year, following reports of asthma and breathing problems.
Now Saif has taken the lead and is in pursuit of intelligence agencies in Great Britain and the United States of America.
He has been involved in Al Kaeda's activities for 30 years and for his capture there is a $7.5 million reward from US authorities for involvement in bomb attacks at Nairobi embassies and Dar Es Salaam.
