The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtres has announced voters outside Kosovo that they cannot make electronic complaints.
This institution has said complaints are delivered only physically to PZAP offices.
“This is not an official notification The PZAP and remind you that the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parastances -- PZAP -- on January 22nd, 2021 -- has rightly announced voters outside Kosovo who have applied to vote in Kosovo's pre-election elections for the Kosovo Assembly, which will be held on February 14th 2021, and that their applications have been rejected by the Central Election Commission, can only present complaints in the PZAP through physical office with a recommendation of non-alcommentionion.
The incidents at PZAP can be released through the form you can download on the official website. The complaints may also be filed in any A4 letter, but it should contain information from the complaintr.
