The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtres has announced fellow countrymen that an informal information posted by various individuals calling on voters outside Kosovo who are not included in the Voters' List outside Kosovo is being applied to PZAP electronically via official addresses.
PZAP has indicated that this announcement is not official, while saying complaints to PZAP can only be physically sent via mail rather than electronically, writes Periscope.

Statement for Voters Outside Kosovo
We announce voters outside Kosovo that a non-official information posted by various individuals is being circulated on Facebook, calling on fellow citizens who are not included in the Voters' List outside Kosovo to complain to PZAP electronically at PZAP's official address: [email protected].
This is not the official announcement of The PZAP and recall that the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Pre-Species PZAP, on January 22, 2021, has informed voters outside Kosovo with the right to be registered to vote in Kosovo's pre-election elections that will be held on February 14th 2021, and that their applications have been rejected by the Central Election Commission, can only present complaints in the PZAP through physical mail and non-intelligation positions.

And complaints can also be filed on whatever letter A4 paper, but it should contain information from the complaintr.
