Initially, Judge Nicolas Guillou presented the agenda, while a prosecutor of the Specialised Procrouse Office showed recent news of the accuser and excusing material as she also spoke of witnesses to use during the trial.
“The SPS continues to meet its rules regarding material”, the prosecutor said. “We are preparing the extraction of other materials. We predict that extracting some materials may require protection measures”, she added.
The prosecutor also spoke of witnesses, many of whom said they would be used during the trial against former KLA leaders.
It is not defined that we will use these persons in court. [.] It is predicted that the great majority of these witnesses will be used in court. We are in the process, their witnesses and property will make it known when the time of” comes, she said.
Before this conference, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, through a pre-prosecutor to the judge of the preliminary procedure, Nicolas Guillo, has again demanded that the trial start be in September 2021.
