The State Prosecutor has been declared for the attack on journalist Visar Duriqi.
Through a communique for the media, the Pristina Prosecutor has said he has initiated cases of serious bodily subx0>.
“Foundation Procurory in Pristina, the General Department, announces the opinion regarding the incident to V.D., that at the order of the State Prosecutor, the case has been initiated in the direction of criminal work “the heavy bodyisation”, by Article 186 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, said in the communique.
The State Prosecutor has authorised the Kosovo Police for undertaking all necessary investigative actions, with the aim of clarifying the case and uncovering the perpetrators of this criminal act.
