Powerful winds in Dukagjin, electricity out

KEDS has announced that powerful winds that have engulfed the country in late hours and worsening weather conditions have caused electricity supply in the Dukagjin area to be affected by the damage caused on the network.

“Peja and Gjakova are the most infected areas currently, where powerful winds are continuing with high intensity, even making it difficult for field teams to work.

KEDS has immediately engaged dozens of teams that have taken to the ground to weather the damage in order to return the power supply to infected consumers.
