Kosovo Police spokeswoman Flora Ahmeti has confirmed the case.
“Today, around 12: 00 p.m., we've received information about a beating in progress in the vicinity of the Lapnasella School, where some people have been involved. Once you get the information, the necessary police units have been released to the scene. Based on the first information allegedly a male person has suffered injuries and the same has been sent for medical treatment”, she said.
The police have been escorting 8 suspected persons (one minor) to the police station. Currently, work is continuing to clarify circumstances and motives that characterize the event.”, Ahmeti added.
The son of the Serbian politician in Kosovo, Nenad Rassic, is reported to have been beaten as he left the school at Lapnelle in Gracanica.
According to the first information, he was attacked by a group of people who are said to have had strong tools with him.
