Members of permanent Kosovo Prosecutorial Council commissions appointed

The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), led by Chief Justice Maloku, has held the 195th meeting in a row, under measures of protection from the pandemic and through remote communication, in which it has approved a series of acts and actions from the fields of its responsibilities.

Today's meeting has started with the approval of Pristina's chief prosecutor's request for the continuation of the General Department Leader's mandate and to bribe the prosecutor.

Also, members of the four KKP permanent commissions as follows have been appointed at this meeting:

) The Common Affairs Commission consists of: Armend Zenelaj, leader Bahri Hyseni and Ilir Morina, members.

The Board Commission, Finance and Personel consists of: Ariana Shajkovci, leader Haki Geci and Bedrie Syla-Alshiqi, members.

The Committee for Prosecutors Management consists of: Presiding Veton Shaban, Sevdije Morina and Jovo Radovic, members.

The Prosecutor's Performance Commission consists of: Ardian Hajdaraj, leader, Agron Qalaj and Enver Sokoli, members.

The meeting has continued with the presentation of the Plan of Administration Staff for 2021, which after discussions was approved by KP members.

At the same meeting, before KKP members have presented their projects implementing partners from the American Embassy, the EU Office in Kosovo, and the United Kingdom project in Kosovo, thus said through a communique for media by the KKP.

Finally, the hearing for a disciplinary case against a Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Prosecutor has been held, with the case being taken over, which will become public after it becomes final, as it is defined by law, and provisional transfer for two prosecutors, one at the Gjakova Foundation Prosecutor and one in Mitrovica's.
