From the CEC Secretariat it has been proposed to register as voters abroad, as well as 37 thousand and 896 citizens who have failed to contact the CEC over the phone.
“37 thousand of 896 applicants who are successful applicants and have confirmed their legal skills but have failed to contact them over the phone, and the recommendation is that all be accepted as voters abroad”, CEC Secretariat Chief Executive Chairman Burim Ahmeti has said.
Ahmeti has also detailed the number of voters within a poll.
“According to the Law on Free Elections, no polling within the polling centre does not exceed the number of 750 voters. From previous practices, the CEC increased it to 950 and based on it was formulated final lists. The maximum number of voters in the poll to be 950”, Ahmeti has said.
Meanwhile, Yll Buleskaj from the Office for the Registering of Political Partys has appealed to political subjects to list measures imposed on the Devov-19 virus.
The election campaign, which lasts until February 12th of this year, begins tomorrow. All relevant institutions are informed about these deadlines. I'm calling on all political subjects that have been certified to uphold the rules that I've imposed, I Kosovo's KSHPK and government. Everyone is invited to respect this legal section, except for rules of behavior code,”, Buleskaj said.
