That's because Evgenie Thaci is not part of the most voted top ten in this municipality.
On the list it has secured the indexoline, it is seen that the most voted candidate is Enver Hoxhaj, who has secured 8778 votes.
It is heavy behind it with 5512 votes, Mergim Lushtaku number 11.
