Candidate for Prime Minister The PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, has presented the list of candidates for deputies, has said he is proud of the Rimesme List and the programme his party offers.

This is the candidate's full speech for prime minister, Hoxhaj:

Today I am not only addressing voters and supporters of the Democratic Party.

Today I am addressing all of Kosovo, all citizens.

Especially those who once voted for us.

I want all citizens to hear us.

I want all citizens to know the truth.

The truth of what we believe and what we are engaged in.

Dear citizens,

This event today is a moment of pride for me to lead such a list of MPs' candidates.

A list that's the best mirror in our country.

The best of all fields.

A list representing the combination of talent, experience and potential that our Kosovo has.

A list that seriously aims to restore Kosovo in every respect.

It's a moment of pride for me to be the captain of such a dignified team.

A team with a program.

A team on purpose.

A team ready to work for our Kosovo recovery.

A team that is the result of our party's 20-year efforts, led by Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veselin.

It's a moment of pride for me to be the bearer of the candidate list that today vows to continue the course of patriotism and nationality.

It's a moment of pride to lead such a professional and national list.

A list of many freedom fighters and political prisoners.

A list of many entrepreneurs and innovators.

A list of professors, teachers, and students.

A list of many hardworking men and women.

A list of many young people.

This is the list of courage and dignity.

This is the list of talent and work.

This is a list of professionalism and determination.

This is the list of hope and faith.

This list, as varied as it is, is unique.

Because it brings together a purpose: Kosovo's recovery.

We're a team. An idea. A goal. An ideal.

Each of us represents a group of citizens.

But together we represent one purpose: Kosovo's recovery.

Because we all believe in the same principles together.

First and foremost: Kosovo and our nation are on party parties and differences.

That principle is in our political DNA.

That's how we are ground together in PDK.

We have this inheritance from Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel.

First Kosovo.

Each of the candidates for the Youth List is proud of our country's recent history.

Everyone is proud of the foundations of our country's freedom and independence.

Each is proud of the Kosovo Liberation Army and its founders.

Each candidate on the Regeneration List finds his inspiration to the past, to look forward.

To work for the future.

For a better future.

For a country with developed economies.

For a country where the law rules.

For a state of modern health.

For a country with advanced education.

For a country with dignity in the international arena.

For a Kosovo that will successfully close the statehood.

As an equal member of the United Nations organization.

For new generations that deserve far more opportunities and space.

For a respected and equal state in the European family.

I, as the next prime minister of Kosovo, have full confidence and I guarantee that this will be achieved.

This is done with a lot of commitment, and with a team capable of what the Regeneration List is.

With a concrete program like the Recuperation Program.

With a party that respects rule of law.

A party that respects state institutions.

A party that respects the rules of democracy.

A party that respects opinion differently and criticism.

We believe that everyone is equal to the law.

We believe everyone should respect the law.

There is no democracy without rule of law.

We believe in democracy.

We are the party of democracy.

We are the Democratic Party.

We've unveiled our recovery program.

A programme designed together with citizens.

Because we talked to citizens. We heard them. We respect citizens.

That's how we figured out the recovery program for everyone.

No one can be left out of our government program.

Our program is for everyone.

During my visits to Kosovo, citizens have asked me:

A student recovery means free college studies.

Recuperation for unemployed young people, namely 15m euros, to promote new companies.

A doctor's recovery is an opportunity to practice his profession here, near his family, in his hometown. With dignity. With a dignified salary of 1500 euros for doctor specialist and 650 euros for nurses.

Recuperation for farmers means repayment of up to 50% of loans.

Recuperation for teachers means rising wages to 600 euros.

Recuperation for high school professors means wage increases to 700 euros.

Recuperating for university professors and academics means rising wages to 1800 euros.

The restoration project also means dignified pensions for war categories, veterans, disabled and martyrs' families. Pensions will increase from 170 euros to 300 euros.

As well as a 40-man pension increase for pensioners.

This is our shared vision.

That is what all candidates on the Recuperate List believe.

These are the principles that unite us.

The principles that inspire us.

Principles we'll work for together.

Every citizen needs to know and feel what it means to regain it.

But citizens also need to know how to apply the recovery.

So we have opened our schedule.

So we are busy with our schedule.

So we present to you who and how to implement our program.

We want every citizen to know.
