The Kosovo Democratic Party, the branch in Skenderaj, has reacted after a visit today by Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti to the Special Unit, which they consider provocative and unacceptable.

According to them, this visit was aimed at victimising Kurt with the aim of electoral profit.

Reaction on Albin Kurti's provocative visit to Skenderaj

The PDK branch in Skenderaj considers Albin Kurti's visit to Skenderaj unacceptable, accompanied by Kosovo's Special Unit of Plicia. Albin Kurti's visits and activities in this form are completely unacceptable, as the citizens of Skyeraj and Drenica raise memories of the dark times of Skenderaj and Drenica. This armoured visit was aimed at provoking Skywright citizens and further victimising Albin Kurti with the aim of election benefits on the eve of elections. Kurt's visit to Skenderaj was implemented today by Kosovo Police Special Units, which did not happen a few days ago in northern Mitrovica. Why did this happen?

Attempting to present Skenderaj as a danger zone is in turn, even against Skenderaj since the post-war, based on official reports, has been and continues to be the safest area in Kosovo.

This type of visit testifies that Albin Kurti is not choosing ways and forms to benefit electorally, even using law enforcement. Today's situation in Skenderaj was completely intensified and malicious.
