Major snowfalls have complicated circulation, almost across Kosovo's entire territory. We demand that all roads be cleared locally, especially in rural areas. Today it is extremely important for citizens to go out and vote because today is a day of manifestation of democracy. The PDK invites all citizens not to be discouraged, despite weather conditions. We hope that the responsible authorities' immediate response, in spite of the weather, will leave citizens voting. Those affected by COVID-19 are being unable to vote”, Tahiri said.
