All patients are unable to vote, aka tells why

The Kosovo Clinical and University Hospital Service has reacted to this today. From this service, they have asked the CEC to take immediate steps to enable patients in clinics and hospitals to vote.

By 11th, there have been other people who have been admitted to hospitals, but it is the procedure that first seeks to register as voters and then vote as persons with special needs”, she has said.
