The Kosovo Clinical and University Hospital Service has reacted to this today. From this service, they have asked the CEC to take immediate steps to enable patients in clinics and hospitals to vote.
However, CEC head Valdete Daka, at a media conference, indicated that by February 11th it has been the deadline to register all hospitalised persons as voters.
She has said that on this date there has been an opportunity to increase the number of patients, but the procedures are such as to vote only on those registered until February 11th.
“Afat has been until February 11th. All those registered as voters with special needs have gone to the same teams. By 11th, there have been other people who have been admitted to hospitals, but it is the procedure that first seeks to register as voters and then vote as persons with special needs”, she has said.
The fate of many patients has been shared by Milhouse Zeka.
He's infected with COVIDD-19 and he's lying in hospital, where he's getting health care.
He has said the CEC has not enabled you to vote on bail.
We didn't get parole voting, I don't know why. For me it's incomprehensible because mobile teams have been in the department where I'm lying and haven't been able to vote on bail, I don't understand this CEC bureaucracy. So I understand these bureaucracy, of the thousands of patients who are lying in the department have voted somewhere just 30 to 40 people”, Zeka said in T7.
