This situation has concreteised Sunday evening at the Morina border checkpoint, where hundreds of Kosovo citizens have waited in line for hours to return to their homes after a weekend in Albania.
The flow of cars is disturbing and raises the alarm once again for more awareness and accountability on the part of citizens.
