This is Matthew's latest statement. Palmer who runs the diplomacy of these countries.
What we would like to see is that the countries of the Western Balkans are strong, alive, prosperous, at peace with themselves and with neighbours, as well as integrated into European institutions. This means membership in the European Union for all Western Balkan countries, membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation for all who make that decision and aspire to membership”, Palmer said.
