Despite the right granted to the constitution, it has not forgiven a convict, either for February 17th or for the New Year or for another day since November 5th, when it took office. In her office, they warn decisions in the future.

According to the Kosovo Correcting Service, as of January 1st, 2021, only 9 persons have applied for forgiveness to the Presidency Office.
But from this institution it becomes known that in the offices of the presidency there are also inherited requests that went as far as the head of the state was Hashim Thaci, with 384 unanswered requests only in 2020.
