After opposing Costetti: Decani historians prize nationalist Mema

This award for Mr. Mema comes after this branch of Kosovo historians had opposed American Ambassador to Kosovo Philip Costett for his statements concerning the Decani Monastery.

This branch of historians had even rebuked Periscope for the righteous reporting he had made.

Today, on the eve of the 13th anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Republic of Kosovo, with the participation of many citizens at a solemn ceremony in Decani handed over to the title Honorary Member of the League of the Kosovo Historians “Alri Hadri” branch in Decan, renowned journalist Marin Mema, who is in Albanian documentary “”, researching and lighting important segments of Albanian people's history.
At the solemn ceremony, besides the leaders of the League of Kosovo Historians “Ali Hadri” the Decan branch took part in the Union Ramosaj chairman of the Decani municipality, Qemail Minxhozi, Albania's ambassador to Kosovo, Agron Kuci chairman of the Yunik municipality, and many citizens from different parts of Kosovo.
In the central address, Dr. Shkodran Imeraj chairman of the League of Historians of Kosovo “Ali Hadri” branch in Decan, emphasises: “Today when we meet at this solemn ceremony, to honour journalist Marin Mema, the solemnity that is being organised on the eve of marking the 13th anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Republic of Kosovo, we express special gratitude and considerations for all those martyrs, martyrs and activists who sacrificed everything for the freedom and independence of Albanian lands. ”, adding that: “Marin Mema, is a respected name throughout our Albanian lands, because he has given life to many Albanians, who were almost the culmination of absorption in our national spaces and which sides were occupied by years.” I emphasize Chairman Imeraj.
With a welcoming word, the Bashkim Ramosaj Mayor of the Decani municipality, Qemail Minxhozi Albania's ambassador to Kosovo, who praised the work and commitments of journalist Mema, as well as praised the League of Kosovo Historians “Alri Hadri” branch in Decan for the decision to declare honourary member of Marin Mema.
