Through a post in “Facebook”, Joshi has said the same are putting pressure on the CEC for candidates' brochures to present the numbers of uncensed persons by PZAP and the Supreme Court.
Fines further said that the longer the approval of election balloting is delayed, the more the Albanian diaspora's days are lost to send ballots to the CEC.

The two VV members in the CEC have appeared at the media conference to try to take responsibility away from themselves and blame the CEC for not starting the Diaspora vote yet.
Albin Kurti and Vetevendosje, together with its members in the CEC, Alym Rama and Sami Kurtesh, are blocking the CEC from adopting the election ballot.
These two members are putting pressure on the CEC for candidates' brochures to present the numbers of uncensored persons by PZAP and the Supreme Court.
Rama and Kurteshi's pressure is hindering election ballot approval.
