Kosovo Police Inspectorate, respectively, has arrested a police official on suspicion that the same one has committed criminal work “Match” and “Failure to report criminal acts or their perpetrators”.
The claims on this case were initiated after accepting a complaint against a citizen, but that the complainer claimed he was armed to the presence of a police official”, the statement said.
IPK investigators after accepting the first information have taken some investigative action towards lighting the circumstances of this case.
The investigative actions have included realisation of the raid (based on the Constitutional Court's Order in Pristina) at two locations in Pristina and Fushe Kosovo, along with the Kosovo Police.
After some investigative actions in consultation with the competent prosecution, IPK investigators have arrested a police official in Pristina on suspicion that the same has committed criminal work “Determination” and “Failure to report criminal acts or their perpetrators”, while under the prosecutor's decision the measure of the ban has been imposed for 48 hours and suspended from task”, the statement said.
