This flag was published on the weekly Java and dated March 15th 2007, or about 11 months before the independence of the Republic of Kosovo was declared and the country's current flag was introduced.
Although Mr. Spahiu has the blue color, while the map is yellow-coloured he does not have the six white stars that make up its essential part, which symbolizes the multiethnic character of the state.
The current flag is clearly the platform of my earlier proposal (1998) for which I have tried with much dedication to” convinces Kosovo politicians and Kosovo's friendly internationals.” Mr. Spahiu in his reaction.
Kosovo's flag was presented on the very day of its declaration of Independence on February 17th.

Facts are stubborn. I found Migen Kelmendi's YaVA, 15,03.2007, about a year before Kosovo's declaration of Independence, where my 1998 Kosovo flag proposal was published, and several proposals for cameraman Zijadin Avdiu's flag, and several proposals by journalist Mentor Shala. It is clear that the current flag is the plagia of my earlier proposal (1998) for which I have tried with great devotion to” to convince Kosovo politicians and Kosovo's friendly internationals.
