To that end, lawyer Besnik Berisha has reacted.
Through a post on the social network, Facebook, he has asked who has negotiated the revocation of the arrest warrant for Radocicin.
The arrest without legal cause, or his Pazar-day revocation, remains to be learned in the coming days. What is known so far is that such a practice, for allegedly running over Radojici, has never been applied to any Albanian suspect”, Berisha wrote.
In August 2019 the Justice Ministry had issued a letter to Milan Radojici.
The confirmation for letter-linement in 2019 had also been given by former Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri.
Milan Radoic has been at large by means of a paper listing about the murder of former Serbian politician in Kosovo, Oliver Ivanovic. Radojic is allegedly participating in Ivanovic's organisation and murder.
According to an indictment filed by the Special Prosecutor in Kosovo, Milan Radoic and another Kosovo Serb, Zvonko Veselinovic, were the leaders of an organised criminal group responsible for the death of Oliver Ivanovic.
On the basis of the Special Prosecutor's request to withdraw the letter-line, the Court has approved this request.
