Judge Musa Kongjeli's chairman has said that because of Jashar's state of health, the court has prioritised this subject until the procedure is under way in partition against Avni Llumnica, Sadri Ramabaya of Bajrush Konjusha.
The court has said it will be announced every 6 months of Jashar's health situation and that it is aware that he has sometimes deteriorated his health situation.
While his lawyer, Fehmie Gashi Bytyci, has said that sometimes she has had to provide drugs for his client because there was a shortage of drugs he is dealing with.
