Murat Jashar is found guilty of attempted killing Azem Vlase

The Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina on Tuesday has convicted Murat Jasharin of attempted murder of Azem Vlasi and of illegal weapons. The Act on Murat Jashar was announced by the chairman of the court, Judge Musa Kondzhel.
This provision, according to Judge Kondzhel, will begin to apply after the completeness of this act.
The court has obliged the relevant health care institution to announce the court with written reports on implementation of Murat Jashar's mass and health condition.
Judge Kondzhel announced that this reporting by the relevant institution should take place at least once in six months, the Justice Vow reports.
According to the judge, this measure will be in effect until the circumstances it is set out for, based on reports and examinations of the Institute of Forenzic Psychiatry.
The court also ruled on the permanent seizure of the pistol and a chair, which it has mastered without permission of the competent Murat Yasar.
Indictee Murat Yasar has been relieved of procedural spending, so these expenditures fall to the burden of the state budget.
With special decision, Murat Jashar has continued custody until the full might of this act.
The detention will be held at the Forenzie Psychiatry Institute in Pristina.
To this act, the parties have the right to an eight-day complaint from his admission.
