At the Centre for Counting and Results is continuing to process data on the results of candidates and political subjects, scanning the final voter list, as well as the process of evaluating the supposed ballot packages that came from outside Kosovo.
The Central Election Commission will decide on Monday whether there will be recounting of votes at several different locations, as it is currently becoming auditing several votes, CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has said.
He said after receiving the CEC report, he will review it and then decide.
There are options that are under the auditing process and until Monday, we will have the report, where the QNR will submit the recommendations and then the CEC decides whether there will be recounting at some location”, Elez said.
He said there is no legal deadline for publishing final results
Elsei has indicated that in early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, 2014 and 2017, they have received almost the same time to close. It took the CEC 27 days in 2014 and 28 days in 2017 from election day to certificate. The number of recounted locations has been 21% 22% of the deployments.
