Minister Selimi announces advance of draft law regulating property rights

Acting Justice Minister Selim Selim Selimi has announced that he has clearly advanced the Bill on Construction Land.

Selimi has shown the priority of this bill, with which ownership will be defined and the owners' legal security increased.

After joint agreement with the Parliamentary Commission on Legislation, as well as the chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for the Environment, for withdrawing from the Projection Plans for Construction Land, and after additional discussions that have been conducted on the content of the draft, the bill has been clearly advanced.

Through this bill not only will an ex-law be removed from our rule of law. Kosovo's KSA, which belongs to a past system but that through this bill property rights and construction management, transformation of the right of permanent public or private-owned exploitation under draft conditions, which included a large number of cases, as well as the interconnection of ownership of property and ownership of construction land in cases where there are double ownership.

Through these legal definitions, ownership will be defined, by which the legal security of the owners will increase and the legal circulation of these properties will be facilitated, undoubtedly affecting the country's economic development.
