Economics expert Milazizim Abazi has told Periscope that the issue of mandatory military service is not a budget problem, as far as it is a conceptual and programmative problem.
“Fudge, the military budget can make sure that corruption decreases and the misuse of public money that I believe deeply that Albin will be able to do so better than others. But, I think the Kosovo Army needs to professionalise even more as a professional army and equipped with weapons of all kinds as an army aimed at quick NATO membership”, Abazi has said.
