One of the founders of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Milazim Krasniqi, has “engaged” with names that should lead this party following Isa Mustaf's resignation. Former Vice President Naim Jerliu or Hafiz Gagica, according to Krasniqi, should lead the LDK. After the worst result in the LDK's history, its chairman Isa Mustafa and leadership [...]
Following the worst result in the LDK's history, its chairman Isa Mustafa and leadership have submitted their resignation to pave the way for a party reform.
And according to Krasniqi, the LDK needs a quick reform and legitimate chairman, who, according to him, should be Jerliu, who was LDK deputy chairman in Rugova's time or the former vice president of this party in Germany.
“The LDK must go into an election process as soon as possible. The LDK needs a legitimate leader. For my taste the LDK chairman would have to return Naim Jerliu or Haviz Gagica, who was LDK deputy chairman in Rugova's time”, has added Krasniqi.
And who should lead the LDK after the party elections, there are other proposals, Arton Demhayan, from the organisation “COHU”
Lutfi Haziri, Kujtim Shala or Lumir Abdixhiku must lead the LDK according to him.
“Depends on where the Democratic League will focus. If it remains with a leadership that is linked to a long-standing LDK, then Lutfi Haziri could be. But if it wants to make a deeper reform and bring the newest leadership to LDK then it could be Cameron Shala and Lumir Abdixhiku as two figures who can lead LDK to”, it stressed Demhaya.
So far the only candidate to be led The LDK is Anton Quinn's.
The Resignment of the Late Musta
A few days after the February 14th parliamentary elections, following a low outcome in the February 14th elections, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa announced his resignation by the party leadership, announcing the party's extraordinary election.
And according to Demhaya Krasniqi, Mustafa's resignation has been delayed.
For Arton Demhasey, reforms at this party should start before early elections in the country.
I think this is necessary, but it's delayed because we've seen even the LDK see it based on the measurements of public opinion that it's very bad with public support. This is in a way getting fated up by the LDK leadership because of the coalition's collapse with the government's Vetevendosje and collapse, so I think these actions that were taken by the LDK leader and a part of the leadership had to be undertaken before elections. So you're trying to start a pre-election reform that has a positive effect on the election” expressed, for EO.
Mustafa's resignation has been delayed and said of Online Economy and university professor Milazim Krasniqi.
His resignation is delayed. The truth is, I hold to a position that Isa Mustafa has never had to be LDK chairman because it is a figure totally contrary to the philosophy of the LDK itself. It has installed an action method excluding people, that was Rugova's philosophy. Rugova is on the contrary with both opponents and creating synergy even with political opponents, so his resignation is welcome”, he has said.
The LDK in the February 14th elections, based on preliminary results, has emerged in the country's third party more than 13.08%.
