Miftarian: VV's Law Rule Program Depressive, Insult, Popular

I read the VV program regarding law enforcement.

For short:

Desirable, basic lack of knowledge regarding the system of justice, proposal of measures in opposition to the fundamental principles of the rule of law, exclusive, popular.

From the whole program of this party, where there was no mistake, was the following proposal that if it was to be accomplished, you could see the white day justice system.

The integral and necessary part of the justice system is the independent, impartial, integrity - efficient judiciary. To achieve this, the highest hierarchical levels of the justice system, and not only, will be subject to the property process. This process aims to achieve judicial and prosecutorial integrity and the citizens' trust in the institutions of justice will be restored. Given the importance of the council, the property process will be launched by the Judicial and Prosecutorial Council.

This is the bright part that gives hope if applied, the exit part of the program is probably written by non-competitive persons and that the idea of how the justice system works in Kosovo.
