Limaj: We're the competition that Kosovo won't take the wrong way

Social Democrat Initiative leader Fatmir Limaj has today declared that Kosovo is at a major crossroads and that the Initiative is the race the country will not take the wrong path.

He prior to party sympathisers in Suhareka, said that Kosovo should always make the right decision to move forward.

The path to dignity and pride, according to Limaj, depends on sacrifice. He added that today more than ever, citizens must line up to give fair direction to dignity and pride.

I've never been led by a race to defeat Albanians, but I've been guided by the internal motive I know I can serve my country, and I'm saving nothing to serve my country, together with my associates. And this fire as never before has been restored to serve the country because we're seeing the country face great dangers. As long as we are with this fire in the country's service, I am convinced that Kosovo has its sons and daughters who will not allow it to take the wrong course. We are here in agreement that Kosovo will not take the wrong direction, and will be the voice of deliverers in the Kosovo Parliament”, he said.

The owner of the Initiative list said Kosovo has two bids in the February 14th extraordinary parliamentary elections, one of those who could serve the country but have not served it, and on the other hand, those who have always been close to the people.

The criticism has addressed the candidate for prime minister from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhan, who has said there is no capacity to run the government.

“Enver Hoxhaj can be anything but a manager no. He doesn't have the capacity, he doesn't have the uni, he doesn't have the dignity to run, he knows Pecan and Suhareka. He may be one of the others, just like he was, but he's never run anything in his life. Moreover, even in the two most critical moments of his life, when it took Kosovo, he has not been here. He served. He actually found freedom and party ready. Someone goes like this, but not to hurt Kosovo”, Limaj said.

Social Democrat Initiative leader added that trust is built by the past, or the promise without the past is lottery, with many unknown and risks.

Limaj criticising the leaders of other political parties for their promises during the election campaign, said citizens' confidence should have those who have testified to themselves for the nation and the country.

That in front of Suhareka citizens, he said that so far there are only those who have given their lives to their homeland, as he expressed confidence that with the citizens' trust as Initiatives will reach the limits of serving the country.

The candidates of the Social Democrat Initiative for MPs from the city of Suhareka were also introduced at this electoral gathering.
