Lawyer David Hooper cited the case, but also the visits of former Kosovo President to Gorazdevc of Pec, Great Hoku of Rahovec and the Orthodox cemetery of Gjilan in 2010, as argument for his client's parole to controversial claims by Prosecutor Jack Smith.
This is saying that if Thaci is released temporarily, as he is seeking his protection, there is risk of influence on witnesses and the entire investigative and judicial process.
The lawyer accredited to the Special, Artan Kerkin, says this strategy is good.
