Ladrovci: Open letter to Democratic Party of Kosovo

Following early national elections, the mayor of the Drensa municipality, Ramiz Ludrovci, has written an open letter to the Democratic Party of Kosovo, where he expresses his stances on developments in the subject, as well as his opinion of getting out of this situation.

He has written that to mark successful returns after four years, measures must be urgently undertaken, which he has described, with the message that citizens do not want words, want deeds, want further emancipation, another level of demands, offers and political causes, under new conditions and circumstances.

Everyone knows its own political start, but not the end. What happened in the February 14th elections was a warning, not only from me, but also from friends, sympathisers and citizens who saw the vision of the Democratic Party of Kosovo as a slogan for individual benefits.

The PDK's capture reached an alarming point, for many reasons.

Failure warned us of the 2019 vote. We were warned by our participation in the government's collapse without 100 days, the diaspora warned us, pre-election campaigns warned us, the names of the PDK schematic candidates and the terrified citizen of their lack of feeling and well-being.

All of this was not enough to learn.

The citizen's story was not enough, nor did the good words. His works have failed. He will punish you for your evil deeds and what you have not done good to him. The PDK has made mistakes to expect further results, unfortunately, helped not only the perpetrators, but also the hardened careers and local and international beneficiaries.

As I pledged, the municipality of Drenas was, is and remains the invincible bastion of The PDK, the following faithful of KLA and PDK founders Hashim Thaci and Kadri Wessel.

The political party is the vision of many citizens with a common goal and has no owner, but with contributors, with leaders confirmed by the vote and free will of members. Any campaign for party ownership will be returned with revenge from citizens, even interest.

To mark successful restoration after four years, I consider the following measures to be taken urgently:

The resignation of each head of the branch where the PDK has suffered loss of electorate or significant weakening,

Freedom from duty of every PDK leader from the leadership who in the opinion has had mortgages for dishonesty, criminal acts or charges,

The removal of interior election manipulators from the section, subdega or branch, known for voting assembly and counting of votes and for mounted results,

The immediate reshuffle at branch level, enabling the opposition and political reflection on the local level, not on global and international issues,

Freed from duty of the incompetent framework, servile and perpetrators over the past two decades, through an ethical commission designed for the assessment of the personalities attached to the media or branch members,

Essential reorganisation of domestic elections, away from any external implications, away from any prejudice of candidates, of responsibilities by centre and customerism,

Publicising the PDK political Declaration and the values aimed at,

Internal debate over major issues and goals, through capable and witnessed personalities,

Changing the statute and programme, confirming the situation,

The rapid and effective response when harm is done to the country, to the citizens or to public interests through profiles witnessed by ability and homelandism,

The deepening of effective communication with field membership, without emissary and political mediator,

Changing the triumphal course on the real opposition course, directly presenting the PDK values and its vision.

Stop the reward practice and advance failures in central and municipal elections.

To cease once and for all promotion of losers and practices that losers teach winners how to win elections,

All these actions, because citizens don't want words, want deeds, want further emancipation, another level of demands, offers and political causes, under new conditions and circumstances.
