Kurti's funny compromise: Movement that made dialogue for 2-3-4 positions

Albin Kurti has won the majority in the Kosovo Assembly, and his positions on the question of dialogue seem to have prompted the international factor to show the importance of such a issue. Kurt did not speak of dialogue with Serbia during the election campaign, nor before the election campaign, though he claimed he had been ousted from power in March 2020 due to such an issue.
He has stressed that dialogue was not among the top priorities of Kosovo's citizens. Vjosa Osmani has reiterated his stance, also hoping to become Kosovo president.
Kurti's positions for dialogue are seen as problematic by a part of Kosovo's opinion, given the insistence of Kosovo's Allied states.
Kurti as an opposition has been radically opposed to most of the agreements reached in Brussels, and eventually even the opposition to Washington's agreement reached on September 4th, Periscopi follows.
Kurt's last movement on this issue has to do with redo-reverseing dialogue on citizens' priorities.
This theme ranks sixth or seventh among citizens' priorities. All polls show that their main concerns are employment, economy, justice... However, I'm willing to compromise, to put dialogue in the third or fourth order of my top priorities”, Kurti said.
Such a statement may be viewed as ridiculous, even irresponsible, taking into account recent letters of US Independence, France and Germany.
However, the even bigger problem is that Kurti did not say such a statement before his party went to the polls. The last position mentioned is seventh, while the highest position is the third position which means Kurt will move the dialogue to four positions.
He has even left the Kosovo voter completely in the mist of the issue in question, not talking about the approach his government would have, nor about principles, and let alone the compromise that the Biden administration seems determined to insist on.
“Former President Trump favoured “facts and interests” and we need to add “values and principles”. I hope Brussels and Washington are at the same wave length for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, as do Berlin and Paris. We need this double synchronization, it's key to success”, Kurti has indicated, but not giving any clarity to Kosovo opinion.
