We welcome the good news of formalising diplomatic ties between the Republic of Kosovo and the state of Israel. We hope in deepening political, economic and cultural co-operation”, the VVA chief has now declared.

Kosovo and Israel today have formalised mutual recognition. Israel's Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi has been warned from Jerusalem at the virtual ceremony of formalising this recognition.

Following statements where he and Kosovo Foreign Minister Melise Haradinaj- Stublla have thanked and congratulated each other, Ashkenazi has discovered the plaque with the inscription “Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Jerusalem, Israel”.
